The Turk Cave and the Jerala Pit fascinate their visitors with their beautiful stalactites and stalagmites, thrilling descents by ropes, and a pool at the bottom. Very special is the cave Govic above Lake Bohinj, which takes us 116 metres deep to a siphon pool at the bottom. |

In Gorenjska there
are many caves and pits, and some can be visited by almost anybody, if they are
accompanied by experienced guides. Moving about in a cave requires some agility. But
descending and climbing pits is nothing terrifying - it is actually great fun.
